if you are only a few pounds over the limit (no more than 15) then you probably wont break it but if you do, the warranty will not help you. they write those limits for the safety of the user so dont hope to sue. if you're 30 or more pounds over...

My favorite fitness activities are strength training and running. Strength training is the best means for improving muscular fitness and running is one of the best exercises for improving cardiovascular fitness. I perform these purposeful physical activities on a regular basis throughout the year.
Although I actually enjoy doing my strength training and running workouts, I consider them as conditioning activities rather than recreational activities.
My favorite recreational activities are biking and hiking. While these are both effective ways to enhance muscular endurance and aerobic capacity, I view biking and hiking differently than strength training and running. These are weekly events that I do with my friends on Saturday mornings. Although we sometimes cycle at other locations, we typically meet at the Blue Hills Reservation for a 90-minute bike or hike. The weather conditions pretty much dictate our activity choice. During the warmer months (May through October) we cycle on the reservation roadways, and during the cooler months (November through April) we hike on the reservation trails.

I've tried promising myself to walk to town every day etc, but I really hate going out, I work from home running my own business. I'm not scared of going out, I go out every weekend cinema, friends etc and I leave for shopping or if work related stuff etc. It's just pointless walking I can't do, I simply can't force myself to commit to walking with no objective.
