I am considering buying the weider core 600 after looking at weight benches but I can't figure out how much the maximum weight I will be able to bench-press safely with it. Does anyone know?

my machine did not come assembled and I have no idea what it should even look like. A picture would really be helpful. I tried to find the machine on line, unsuccessfully, so even a picture would be much appreciated.

Go to the website and find your machine. They should have an online manual; if not just write to them and ask for a copy of the manual to be sent to you.
i bought Weider Amino Acids 6000 and the bottle reads that i should drink 10 tabs a day on an empty stomach.. which i think will just go to waste.
i was wondering when do i drink it? before or after working out? i'm only planning to drink...
Id say a half hour after your workout. Yeah, dont be fooled by the dosage on stuff like that. I always assume they want you to take large doses, so that way you run out faster and have to buy more. Same with NO Xplode. Im not taking 3 scoops...
