@marfg12345 Get a workout plan, and hit the gym. You’re 16, that’s like almost the perfect age to start going to the gym regulary. I recomend that you start working out 4 times a week. Day 1 and 3 you work on “pushin”= triceps, deltoids, chest, quads. On days 2 and 4 you do “pulling”= biceps, upper back, hamstrings. And on all of your workout days you can do abs/core, lower back, calf and wrist workouts, those muscles don’t need that much recovery. Between day 2 and 3, take a day off
