You want bigger arms? You only have 1 arm exercise on there.

Quit doing 200 of whatever however times....do 4 sets of 8-10 of whatever weight makes you crap out at the end.

I don't think you need to gain weight, you just need to build muscle. You can take the money you are going to spend on the product and buy heaver weights or join a gym. Egg whites cost about $5 at Wal Mart, get that and an inexpensive protein...
