do the core workouts like bench press/squats/etc and lift heavy. yes 6-8 reps is what you wanna do if you want to get stronger. heavy weight for fewer reps

question about exercises?

i own the weider 245 training system and i need to know if i can get a good workout from the following exercises

chest press
butterfly
lat pulldown
biceps curl
shoulder shrug
triceps pressdown

yeah that will give you a good workout. chest press and butterfly will both work your pecs. lat pull-down is for your back, your lats. leg curl would be hamstrings and leg extensions are quads.
