For a standard barbell the weight limit is usually 320 lbs of weights. For an Olympic barbell it would probably be 600 lbs+.
Golden in color I believe from the 70's or 80's with blue strap and sticker on front. Lifting old billard barbell weights rustic in color ...
as much as you can fit, it's a five-foot steel/chrome bar...you're going to run out of room long before you compromise its structural integrity

Depending on if it's an Olympic or standard barbell? Those standard barbells can't hold, usually more then 500lbs. Olympic barbells can hold up to 800-900 lbs. My first standard 6ft. barbell actaully held 400lbs. and it was bending pretty good!!

probably as much as youd ever need to put on... but if you want to be safe get an olympic barbell. they can hold over 1000 lbs easy
i just got a weider barbell set but it had no instructions on how to put it together
I'm really tempted to say "step away from the set and join a gym with machines". My man you slide the bar together, you put weights on one end and you put weights on the other. The things that look like stars, you spin onto the bar to lock
I bought a Weider 100 pound barbell weight set today. My problem is that for the long bar you are suppose to hammer in 2 pins to hold the bar together, but the pins don't fit, what should I do?
--- See if there is an 800 # on the box the weights came in!
If there is an 800 #, You can phone the company, &
Personally Order this Part/ Parts. They will need the Model #
