You're not going to like the answer, but here goes. First off, I wouldn't replace the belt. I've seen a lot of Weslos and they aren't worth repairing in my opinion. They are cheap treadmills with expensive parts and will most likely break again...

I just pull the belt over with my hands when mine slips. You should read the users manual though, or check the Welso website on what to do.
