i have a Proform xp 550s Treadmill, and i have NOO idea how to unfold it. i can not find the manual anywhere, nor can i find an online one. anyone, help? pleaseeee!!

I bought a treadmill about 6 months ago, and didn't buy the service plan because it was so expensive. I just want to know what I should do to make sure it stays in tip top shape... I use it almost everyday. It is a Proform XP 680 from Sears.
One big thing, is to make sure if you go to use it one day and it is acting differently then before, to find out whats wrong (consult user manual, or ask someone at sears, etc they are usually willing to help even if you dont have the warranty.)...
