I am 5'10 190 pounds I need to lose about 20 to be happy with myself. I have been walking on a treadmill 45 minutes a day on a lifefitness treadmill at a 3.0 speed and a 3.0 incline. I pump my arms the whole time and am very sweaty when I am done. Will this help me lose weight? If I do it everyday will how long before I drop 10 pounds? How about 20? Would it help if I did 15 minute increments on different machines like the elliptical, recumbent bike, treadmill etc.? Please help!
