Well we have all three, treadmill ellip. and spin bike and I use the treadmill the most. It's just easier, but the elliptical gives a better workout, more intense. I don't use the spin bike often, I don't like the seat, and I'm just not a fan of it..
I have a nordictrac treadmill it is a commercial treadmill and still should have lots of use left. I am getting "E21" when I start it up and it won't go. Has anyone experienced this before or know what it means and how to fix it?

Not necessarily. Commercials are usually 2-3 minutes in length, so you'd be getting 10- 3 minute workouts which are ineffective at bringing your heart rate up and sustaining it long enough to burn calories.
