they probably are licensed. in most states in the US you have to be licensed to charge money for massage therapy, or else you could get into trouble, be fined, etc. so check them out. they should have their licenses displayed or their wallet-sized

I am only 10 weeks along and already I have horrible back pain that just won't leave. I have tried warm baths, sleeping with a pillow, an electric chair massager (it's something that actually sits on a chair or the couch)...and it keeps comming back.

Call your doctor ASAP. It's probably just an early symptom but check just in case. Your doctor might be able to recommend some safe stretching exercises that will eliminate the problem.
