Ok, let's say I went to go get, like, an hour long massage, which would get out more tension, a hot stone massage or a deep tissue massage if they used heating lotion and the table I'm on is warm?

If you just want a nice rub down hot stone massage will get out more tension. Deep tissue is not for someone that is not used to massage. It can be really intense and actually cause more tension for some people. For an hour it wouldn't be so bad. But
