Since I got pregnant I'm experiencing body aches especially on my back. My husband decided to buy me a chair massager, however, I'm not sure if its safe to use it when I'm 12 weeks pregnant?
It has vibrating and shiatsu massage.
One of the shiatsu kind or whatever? Or the vibrating ones? I think either are fine. I use them at the nail salon when I get pedicures!

The heat is fine, just try not to fall asleep on it as pregnant women may not move as much in their sleep.
Hot showers are also fine, you just don't want to do anything that will raise your core body temperature. A heating pad...
