i am 70 k gram haven't started ? and i wish i can know
no supplements and my age is 16 and 173 cm
16 is a quite young to start working out in the gym but what you can do is start educating yourself about working out because trust me, the best thing to do is know what you are doing. I personally workout from home and i have achieved great results.
im a black male,6'1 about 165lbs i workout all the time, i do pushups and situps i have my own at home workout gym things its ok and i try to eat alot of protein but are the anymore tips or anything i can do to be more motivated to get my body...
it depends on what you want exactly. Do you want to get bigger, more muscular? Then lift heavier. Really push yourself a few pounds more than your normal lift. Eat lots of lean proteins. Shoot for protein with every meal and snack - egg whites,...
The Bowflex Motivator is 34x84x78 (inches) but its workout area is 100x78?? what does that mean? is it like when the resistence bars bend when ur working out? Thats what theyr adding on????

the first measurement is the storage dimensions. the second one is after you unfold it and use it. The bench coming down and so on. then when you are done you fold it back up and store it in a corner some where.
I asked this question cuz i have a lot of equipment at home but it gets boring at home, so if i go to a gym will it be better..
If you have enough equipment at home, save yourself the money and just do it at home. I don't think it'll be any less boring at a gym, unless you do it with a friend or something, which you can still do at home...just vary your workout, do...
how can i get a good ab workout not using a machine or diet or anything like that.
Crunches, but make sure you are performing them properly because most of the time people don't and they think they are getting and good workout even though they see no results weeks afterwards.
