i just want some definition in my chest and arms. im 21, male, and really skinny so its not like i have any fat i have to worry about. please let me know of any at home workouts i can do, such as push ups or something else. thanks!
if you do push ups, try facing your hands outwards, fingers pointing away from each other. then do a set with fingers pointing towards each other. and last one where your hands are slightly inward and you make a triangle with your index fingers and thumbs. works out different parts of your arm

You should by the Iron Gym it's sweet I have it, you can do 4 different types of pull ups on it, you can do sit ups, and 3 different types of push ups on it too. It works out your whole upper body and it works!

ok it only takes 6 minutes!! lets see if i can remember it....do regular crunches, to the left crunches, to the right crunches, bycicles, hands under butt lifting legs, and holding crunch each for 30 seconds and then repeat one more time. I should do that....haha
