Hey there,
I love going to the gym, but due to my first newborn I barely have time to hit the gym. Do anyone know which machine is the best workout equipment (i.e bowflex or should i get seperate dumbell and a flat bench machine). Please advise.
Bow-flex is really good. There are SO many exercises you can do, and they save so much space without all those loose weights. And it's easy to change the weight. Plus, as new models are regularly coming out you should be able to find an older model at a good price. They also have good warranties. I guess if I could afford it I would have both a Bow-flew and an Elliptical.

It looks pretty decent, Im a 16 year old, and I was wondering if 180 lbs resistance is enough? Is this worth purchasing? Is it good for excercising? Any reason its kind of cheap, I can get it for 25....
Also, how long will it last me, how long will 180 lbs last, will I outgrow it... Im planning to body build haha.
180 could be a bit small if trying to bulk up, because I myself can do leg extensions at more than 180. But if you are just starting, this would probably be a great "starter's" kit at that price.
I think 180 could last you a long time on most of the exercises. But don't do these 5 or 6 exercises on this machine only, because your body will get used to it and that will minimalize results. Do some pushups, pullups, situps, get a barbell and some weights, and change up your routine monthly.
Also, don't lift daily, and make sure you are consuming a lot of protein.
i need some suggestions on what excercises to do on my cr4 home gym, just upper body workouts. i want to gain some muscle mass not a ton just a noticeable amount. i am 6ft 6in about 245lbs if that helps any. any other workout suggestions would help
You gave us all the informations but you never tell us if you are male or female.. It is the most important thing on the body building..
If you are a male.. However you work.. Dont just work biceos or triceps.. You need to work out for calfs and the other stuff too.. ;)

if you have have some free weight equipment at home would you still go to the gym or workout at home? and i feel uncomfortable working out at the gym because the people around and i don't feel just comportable but when you workout at home you feel more comfortable and u don't have to mind anyone around you? what are you think?
I prefer going to the gym.
I can't afford all the equipment at home that the gym provides, plus I like having some of the staff around for motivation. I think if I invested in a gym at home, it wouldn't get used very often.
