What's the best home workout gym?

What's the best home gym out ther today? Like is that body by Jake thing any good? My main goal is gaining muscle like everywhere. Biceps, forearms, chest, calves and thighs. And I wann get bigger. Any suggestions?

180 could be a bit small if trying to bulk up, because I myself can do leg extensions at more than 180. But if you are just starting, this would probably be a great "starter's" kit at that price.

I prefer going to the gym.

I can't afford all the equipment at home that the gym provides, plus I like having some of the staff around for motivation. I think if I invested in a gym at home, it wouldn't get used very often.

Good Home Workout For Someone Without a Gym?

What is a good workout to do at home? I have no gym equipment what so ever like weights and such, but I do want to lose my flab so what is a good workout routine to do at home? Thank you.

bench press: pecs, deltoids (anterior, medial), triceps
lat pulldown: lats, deltoids (posterior), biceps, forearms
seated rows: lats, deltoids (posterior), biceps, forearms
leg extension: quads
leg curls: hamstrings

Do you like to workout at home or at the gym?

I mostly like to workout at home because you can do anything you want like scream and do funny faces without people looking at you lol
But I do go to the gym since I have a membership why not?

i only have a treadmill at home, which i use a lot. i have a gym membership too but i also use their treadmills a lot. i prefer at home because of the freedom.
