what is a good workout schedule for me using a cr4 home gym?

i need some suggestions on what excercises to do on my cr4 home gym, just upper body workouts. i want to gain some muscle mass not a ton just a noticeable amount. i am 6ft 6in about 245lbs if that helps any. any other workout suggestions would help


You gave us all the informations but you never tell us if you are male or female.. It is the most important thing on the body building..
If you are a male.. However you work.. Dont just work biceos or triceps.. You need to work out for calfs and the other stuff too.. ;)

Whats a good gym workout schedule for hockey ?

I wanted to know what would be a good lineup of excercises or daily log of what to do at the gym or at home. I'm looking to put alot of muscle in my legs, i need my speed to be higher.


Well if you want leg strength and you are looking for it in the gym you need to have two items for sure.

Squats and Leg Presses.

After that you may want to hit the quad curls (leg curls or whatever it's called when you sit down with your legs in a seated position as if you are sitting at a table and then you put your foot under the pad and extend your leg away from the chair) and hamstring curls.

For leaning the muscle mass that you build with those workouts you should seriously consider Tae Bo. Billy Blanks' workouts are insane.

I have been told that the way to know if your off ice is bringing your on ice speed up is to increase your vertical jump and get as quick as possible in the 40 yard.

I just bought a home gym. Does anybody have good chest/arms workouts? Maybe a good workout schedule? Thanks!?

i am 20 . i have begun working out 3 months ago. I am trying to gain and put on some weights . So i want the best schedule for it without going to the gym because i have no time ? and how many meals do i have to eat per day? please help me

i don't know about the meals thing, but you should work different ares of your body each day you work out, and if you plan to work on the same area, you need to rest a day. you should not work out in the morning, cuz that's when everyones testosterone levels are the lowest. and idk about a bodybuilder, but i would imagine you only need to sleep the suggested amount. (ie. 6hrs a day for adults)
