Home Gym Treadmills

I have just bought a home treadmill and was wondering if a cheaper home quality treadmill with be as good as the treadmill in the Gym.

Will the expensive equipment at the gym make me lose weight faster because they are a better machine?

The pattern for losing weight is easy - eat less and workout more - the problems surface when we in reality try to put that into practice! There are a lot of stumbling blocks in the big wide world aren't there?! try cutting back some
and working out every other day
pick a 3 days out of the week and stick with them
also 30 sit ups a night will help u out tremendously!

Which gives the best all body workout, tones the legs and butt and is something that will be used and not just become a coat rack?

I can't talk on treadmills, but it depends on what kind of home gym you want. Do you want free weights or plates? For a copact system you can go wrong on the bowflex. I've used it many times and have never ran out of workouts.

I'm looking to buy (and use!!!) a treadmill plus a multi gym for the house. Given the different types of products, can anyone give me their opinion on these (treadmill budget: to £350) (home gym budget: to £250). Ta.

if that is all you can afford for a multigym, i wouldnt waste your money. you would be better go get a flat bench that can incline and get some free weights.

the quality of cheap multigyms is terrible. and in the long run, you will get more benefit from free weights.
