So it's about $300/year to go to the gym, but I can buy a nice home gym for about $300. Pros of a gym is once you get there you will work out, but it's only for a year and you have to drive to get there. Pros of a home gym is it would be cheaper...
Buy the gym - what the people at the gym don't tell you is that if their equipment "messes up" and you get hurt (like a Smith Machine, etc) they are not liable. They're not good at maintaining the machines properly at many gyms, once...
