im building a home mma gym in my basement i covered the floors with puzzle mats but theres still concrete walls. so i was wondering if i could put puzzle mats on the wall too? also if i could how would i put them on the walls?

If you intend to do sparring in the full area, without a ring, you need to cover the walls with rather thick padding. You can probably hang it from the top, as you will have an open area where the concrete ends and wood structure begins.

No, not at all. If you are starting out, I suggest Wal-Mart. As you get more advanced, buy better equipment as the Wal-Mart equipment will wear out faster.

the first one looks good because it has more equipment but its more expensive. the second one looks really nice too and its cheaper, so i would go for the second one :)

This sounds like the employee gym a the warehouse I was working at. Yeah, it's a home gym. It's a lot for some teenagers. If I were to add a bike I would not add it to the gym yet, I would add a real bike first.
