got a dp home gym for free and have to put it together. I can't find it online. dp fit for life 111575000-000067. I'ts been unstrung so I reaand the cable box is unhooked. Can anyone help me figure out how to put it together and sting the cables...

my advice is start from mounting point, where the plates or whatever is used for tension is. work the cable through the in line pulleys. Usually the go on an easy path, and see what you come out with. If it seems to long

I've purchased a used DP Dual Trac 20 Home Gym and can't find assembly instructions. Specifically I need to know how the weights attach to the pulley system.

I had a bowflex with all the extras for a very short time. I quickly got rid of it. I did not care for it all.
The guy I sold it to uses it occasionally, but he never brags about it at all.
I'm looking at home gyms to buy for my husband for xmas. I know he wants to work out his upper body. I found this one at Target, but they have one with 100 lbs and one with 150 lbs, but with less features. I was wondering which one looked better.
truthfully, 150 lbs is not a ton of weight if he is trying to build upper body mass. if your husband is looking to build resistance and just get a good workout then 150 lbs should be enough.

Big Game stirs memories of local coaches
The Big Game was still on a lot people’s minds at Monday’s Santa Barbara Athletic Round Table press luncheon.
Chris Rabe presented the 17th Gary Blades Memorial Big Game MVP Trophy to Santa Barbara High’s Cheroke Cunningham, who became the first sophomore to win the award and the first winner to score four rushing touchdowns in the 52nd annual Santa Barbara-San Marcos city rivalry. The Dons won 35-21 at Warkentin Stadium.
Cunningham was at school but his family was in the house to accept the award on his behalf.
His mom, Melinda, accepted the trophy and thanked coach Jaime Melgoza and “all the Dons who have Cheroke’s back.”
SBCC football coach Craig Moropoulos said the Big Game has been part of his life from Day 1.
