The types and variety of equipment we offer are old school and new age. There is a full complement of cardiovascular conditioning equipment including bikes, treadmills, steppers and elliptical trainers.  There is a full free weight and cable weight area and we offer all of the latest Cybex machines which offer lots of advantages to the  beginner and seasoned fitness enthusiast alike.
