After a quick review of the 4 products, I would go with the Pilates Total Toning Set. The reason is because it combines pilates and resistance training, both of which I've found to be quite good for toning and muscle gain.

CNY's Media Outlet: WCNY remains committed to local programming
By Robert J. Daino WCNY-TV/FM
There has much discussion recently about diminishing local media programming, triggered by the departure of talk show host Jim Reith from local radio. I want to assure the community that at WCNY-TV/FM, our commitment to serving and connecting with the community continues to grow.
In the face of a challenging economy and in a corporate-dominated industry, WCNY has chosen to be bold, brave and nimble to position itself for the future and invest in our community. Our coordinated, strategic efforts as an organization are focused on giving back to the community that owns and values us.
By embracing the technology of today and tomorrow, including our soon-to-be-built Joint Master Control facility, WCNY has become a global media company with viewers and listeners in 50 states and 14 countries. But our focus continues to be on you. Investing every dollar saved from efficiencies back into the community enables us to provide deeper and richer engagement, local programming and education services.
DON'T BE INTIMIDATED BY YOUR GYM
It is easy to let insecurities get the best of you at the gym – many people have the misconception that gyms are large, sweaty places filled only with the healthy and fit. In truth, local gyms cater to all community members who want to get fit and maintain an overall healthy lifestyle. Follow these tips from theĀ Fitness Outlet to learn that you don’t have to let your gym fears get in the way!

Assess your state of mind . Before you open the gym doors, have an honest conversation with yourself about the lifestyle changes you want to make. Unless a gym membership is part of your personal fitness goal, long-term attendance isn’t likely. When you make exercise a physical and psychological commitment, success at the gym is much more possible.
