Number of Lehigh students hitting the gym is on the rise
The monotonous “Marimba” tune of the alarm on her iPhone jolts her out of bed. She faces the fact that it’s Tuesday morning, and as much as she’d love to go back to sleep, she has Law 101 at 9:20 a.m., a meeting with her advisor at noon, class from 1 to 4 p.m. and then finally, her daily trip to the gym. She pulls on her favorite Lululemon stretch pants, a tank top, tennis shoes and a hoodie and heads out the door.
This morning routine is commonplace on Lehigh’s campus for both men and women, and although the rate of exercise in the United States seems to be decreasing as obesity increases, the amount of students on our campus who hit the gym each week seems to be consistent and high.
Bodybuilding Workout That Uses No Equipment? | Fitness Equipment
I am going to live in Mexico and there is no gym and I have no equipment. I would like a non equipment bodybuilding workout plan that uses no equipment. Please list the reps and sets for each exercise and please add a variety of chest and bicep workouts. For example dont’t just say do pushups, but instead list the types of pushups. 3 Responses to “Bodybuilding Workout That Uses No Equipment?”

Hey bro I am a fellow body builder if i was you i would do a lot of pushups but spider man push ups which is where when u come up one of ur arms come up or more simpley get three chairs and put them so u can put ur feet on one and ur arms on one each and do a push up like that and u should actually go a lil under the chairs they are hard but effective . lots of chinups and do a lot of cardio and then jump into spider man pushups. get a chair and sit on it while hooking ur legs under a couch or something and do a sit up but lean back as far as u can when u go down hit ur stomach hard ish dont hurt urself but dont be a chicken. then get a chair and put ur arms behind ur back so there resting on the chair and stretch ur legs out in fron of you and then do a dip do a lot of them hold still when u go down count to five come up fats then go down slow like its hard to go down dont just plop down hold then explode back up all of this will help you
