I absolutely love that thing at the gym where youre in the air, resting on your forearms and you have to raise your knees/legs. It's a great workout for your lower abdominals. Where can I find one to buy for my home? Please do not tell me about those

I want exercise equipment specifically made for the forearms/wrist area. I want it to impact it directly. Are there any reputable equipment there I can use besides the dumbells/barbells. Thanks.
Nothing specific that I'm aware of. However, you can get great results with free weights and by adapting machines to work your forearms. Here's a list of my favorites:

OK, I had mono but am over it now, but the 6 months of the illness has left my body pretty weak. I noticed a 10lb weight seemed very heavy to me when I was looking at dumbells at a store, so I'm definitely a weakling.

what i would suggest is that while you are sitting watching tv or just bs-ing with friends doing the forearm exercises just until forearms get sore, doing 2 or 3 sets until sore will be a good workout
how do i exersise my shoulders, forearms and back muscles without any weight training equipment (like dumbells) since im too cheap to go and buy some ;)

You can exercise your wrists by holding light dumb bells in your hands at arm’s length in front of you and slowly moving your wrists up and down. Try it with palms facing down, up, and inward. You can also tie a rope around a stick, such as a segment of a hockey stick, and then tie the other end to a weight. Hold the stick horizontally in both hands with the palms facing down and slowly roll the stick so that you lift the weight by the rope.
