How much weight do you think I will loose(I'm 5 feet, 133 pounds) if I keep doing the Ab Lounge 300 sit ups a day for 2 months? Can someone calculate??


It doesn't depend on that at all but your diet, it will help build muscle but that many will maybe over doing it some where the muscles will turn on themselves called cannibalism. Muscle burns fat and it is better to build muscle to burn fat than tear them down.Cardio and good diet to loose weight.

Is the Ab Lounge (Lounger) a legitimate piece of exercise equipment?

I was looking for a simple flat bench with a place at the end to put my feet under so I could then crunch myself up per my abs.

I cannot however find this.

I see many Ab loungers for sale on Craig's List. Do you have one? Is it legitimate? I weight 180-190 lbs---are they sturdy enough to hold me up--they don't look very strong to me??

No don't get this. It's the same thing as doing a sit-up just this helps with it if you can't get up. I mean will work if you do enough of them. Might as well just do situps and save your money,

You definitely need both, but I'd say the exercise equiptment is the most important. Exercise equiptment is useful because it is what gets you in better shape. (treadmills, free weights, stationary bicycle, etc.) You can buy the equiptment and then go on google to get pictures a descriptions of exercises you can do on the things you just bought, that way you know the right way to do everything!
