I'm 5'0, about 92lbs, and 15 years old. I go to the gym about 5 times a week and use an octane elliptical, and I burn off about 300 - 400 calories each time. How many calories should I be eating to maintain my weight?
On average, without working out, you are burning about 1500 calories a day. There's a couple great diet programs that track your weight, vitamins etc. and show you what you have eaten via charts etc. I'd suggest you buy one and use it.
