I don't know anything about them but as I'm not a gym person myself I'd say try some exercise DVD's first like Tae Bo. Something Aerobic. Than search around for a good Treadmill on places like Overstock.com or Buy.com.

According to the owner it's about 4 years old and she paid $800 for it brand new. It's in great shape and very clean. She hinted that she'd like $400 out of it. Sounds just a little high. Any thoughts,anyone??
I've seen them used for $250-$300. That does seem a little high.
My trainer had the ramp quite high when I first plugged it in but it drove down and now the whole travel is only about 1-2” it looks like it should be able to travel farther than that, and I find the stride, in the range it moves, uncomfortable....
I just bought this yesterday and was having the same problem. If you look in the manual, towards the back, there are instructions for trouble-shooting and calibrating the ramp. When I calibrated the ramp, it took care of the problem.
