From gym expierence you burn between 700 and 900 calories if you are being realistic. After 1 hour it tends to slow down as you are more tired and so dont put in as much effort. so for 2 hours it would be between 1300 -1500 roughly.

Cross training should be an intricate part of everyone's exercise regimen.
It helps prevent overuse injuries, promotes muscle balance and adds a dash of spice to your life.
It gives your body a chance to recover while maintaining your fitness level and keeps you in the habit of regular daily exercise.
And don't underestimate the importance of mentally recuperating. These rest days help you to stay excited and motivated in your pursuit of a higher fitness level.
There are three cycles that you can incorporate into your routine to maximize your progress.
