Okay on friday i was in gym class before the day ended because it is my last class. We were running laps in the gym and we had shorts and t-shirt as our uniforms. Some how my penis got through my pants and was showing while we were running. So I ran into the locker rooms and stayed there for the rest of gym. Tomorrow I have school what do I do?

Homer finds out what a Gym is.

I am going for energy and stamina somewhat the look and to lose weight. I am thinking I can do my push ups, sit ups, stomach crunches, martial arts every other day and the gym the days im not doing that. Monday home routine Tuesday gym Wednesday home routine thursday gym etc.

If you know a better way let me know?

What machines should I be using at the gym?

The best home gym is a towel. Push-ups, sit-ups, stretching, calisthenics, Pilate's, yoga, dance, Tia Chi, don't require equipment.
A mat, rubber exercise band, and a rubber exercise ball, are all you need to do anything that you can do in a gym.

Every school semester, I feel exhausted from walking across campus to classes. I'm out of shape, it's humid, and it's mostly up hill. It gets a little better after a couple weeks, but it's still a struggle for me.

I am going to power middle school and I don't know what to wear for my gym class. I am an 8th grader. Are we supposed to bring our own clothes or does the school provide it? If we need to get it ourselves, what outfit do we need to take to school? Do we need to leave it in the locker or get it home everyday?? Please help me, I am new to this place

Well, every school is a little different but they all have pretty much the same basis. I am an 8th grader too and at my school we bring our own clothes. you can pretty much where whatever you want as long as it's comfortable and you can move easily in it. i just usually where like soccer shorts or sweats in the winter and a t-shirt. Some middle schools have uniforms, btu most don't so i would bring clothes anyways. At my school we have lockers to keep our stuff in and it's the same for most other schools as well.
